My stay at the hotel was a mix of great cleanliness and comfort in the rooms but with a noisy environment due to its proximity to the highway. The hotel had its hits and misses. The rooms weren't very clean, especially the shower area, with digital controls mounted on the wall, but the service from some of the nicest, most helpful, and courteous staff ever made up for it. The location was good for our event at Converse College, but the noise from the nearby interstate and activities in the parking lot were a downside. The dining experience was inconsistent, not up to par with previous stays, but there were unexpected pleasantly surprising moments.
